Photo Story 3 is a photo presentation program that lets you drag photos onto a window, arrange them as needed, then provide custom narration, transitions, zooms, audio soundtracks and/or custom music, then export the result as a WMV file. See the attached WMV movie, created using Photo Story 3, to present an overview of Preston County Schools' Global 21 skills to the West Virginia State Department of Education. Do a Google search for Photo Story 3 to find download sites for the program.
